Founder Jack, a third-generation carpenter, grew up immersed in building. Inspired by his father, Andrew, and grandfathers – who’s diverse trade background shaped his understanding, Jack started One Take Builders on the principle of mastering every aspect of the job.

Jack holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and is committed to ongoing education. He is currently undertaking his Diploma of Building, is a registered member of Master Builders Tasmania, and is advancing his team’s expertise through studies with the Australian PassiveHaus Association.

One Take exclusively hires those with diverse backgrounds in trades, with each member of our growing team holding at least a Certificate IV qualification in carpentry, creating a supportive team environment which encourages a greater understanding of their craft.

By leveraging the versatility of a multi-skilled team, we deliver projects in-house to the highest standard, in One Take. Ensuring each client’s project is treated with integrity, care and of sound workmanship.
